CHEMED (Center for Health Education Medicine and Dentistry) is a community focused healthcare group located in Lakewood New Jersey, with just under 200,000 encounters a year. We pride ourselves on being the premiere health provider for the community offering a fully integrated healthcare experience including but not limited to Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Women's Health, Behavioral Health, Radiology (including Mammography), Dentistry, Podiatry, Urgent Care and specialty services
Chemed was founded in 2009 and we have experienced positive and sustained growth each year over the last decade.
