We are looking for a medical provider, to work in our Community Health Center in Southeastern Utah.

Utah Navajo Health System is a fast growing, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing innovative primary healthcare to a wonderfully diverse patient community near the Navajo reservation. 95% of our patients are Navajo. Enjoy working in small community surrounded by National and State parks. One hour south of Moab, Utah and 45 minutes from Lake Powell. We are located in on of the most picturesque locations in the country.
Our clinic is a dynamic place to work, practice, and grow. We have 4 primary care health centers and deliver integrated services including behavioral health, Pharmacy, referrals, chronic disease management, health education, and much, much more. HPSA scores are very high for Primary Care loan repayment.
