About the Organization
Parkside is a non-profit corporation, founded in 1959 with the commitment to provide comprehensive mental health care to the Tulsa community. For adults, Parkside offers Crisis Services, an Inpatient Acute Unit, Intensive Outpatient Services, Individual and Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Medication Management and an Injection Clinic. For youth (ages 6 to 17), Parkside offers Crisis Services, an Inpatient Acute Unit, Residential Services, Individual and Family Therapy, and Medication Management.
Our mission is to provide outstanding Mental Health and Support Services...to help people live better lives. We have a food pantry, clothing and travel assistance programs for our patients. We want to provide the best care possible for our patients and seek associates who truly want to make a difference in the lives of others.
We offer a competitive salary and an exceptional benefits package including Health, Dental and Life Insurance, with a significant portion paid by employer. We match a portion of the 401-K contributions after 1 year, and all contributions are 100% vested; new staff may begin investing the first of any quarter. Our Paid Time Off and Holiday package are very generous. We have other exceptional benefits (e.g., Life Insurance, Extended Illness Benefit, Long Term Disability). We provide medical staff with additional days off and financial support for continuing education.
About the Community
