General Introduction
------------
Harbor Health Services, Inc. is a nonprofit, public health agency committed to providing quality, comprehensive health care in urban Boston neighborhoods, the South Shore, and Cape Cod communities. We provide a wide network of healthcare services to meet the needs of our patients.
Harbor Health owns and operates 5 community health centers: Geiger Gibson Community Health Center, Daniel Driscoll Neponset Health Center, Harbor Community Health Center-Plymouth, Harbor Community Health Center-Hyannis and the Ellen Jones Community Dental Center Dennis.
In addition, Harbor Health administers two Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), a program that allows frail elders in live in their homes and communities, as well as a WIC Nutrition Program.
Combined, Harbor Healths community health centers serve more than 19,000 Medical patients and 10,000 Dental patients annually.
The Elder Service Plan cares for more than 500 members and Women Infant Children Nutrition Program serves more than 3,000 women and their children.
Continuing Education

Physicians are eligible for a Continuing Medical Education stipend of $2500 annually with with up to 5 days of paid leave per year to pursue your medical education. We also reimburse all licensing fees.

Boston: Daniel Driscoll-Neponset Health Center - Just 8 minutes from downtown Boston, and easily accessible to all the amenities our city has to offer including championship sports teams, world class beaches, historic trails, arts and culture and many remarkably diverse and vibrant neighborhoods in which to live.
Plymouth: Harbor Community Health Center Plymouth - The newest of our health centers (and soon to be expanded), our Plymouth health center is located in this coastal town, the site of the first Pilgrim settlement founded in 1620. Plymouth offers charming history, arts and culture, outdoor activities and the opportunity for affordable, waterfront living!
Hyannis: Harbor Community Health Center Hyannis - Hyannis is the largest and most central village of the Town of Barnstable and located in historic Cape Cod, MA. Hyannis offers outstanding beaches, great shopping and dining as well easy access to many other Cape Cod destinations and amenities including whale watching, Cape Cod League Baseball and the dunes of Provincetown.
