Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group, affiliated with Palo Alto Medical Foundation has a full time opportunity for a BE/BC fellowship-trained Palliative Care Physician to join our practice in San Mateo, CA. This opportunity is a mixture of inpatient and outpatient care.
This position will provide an ideal opportunity for physicians who would like to advance their practice within the community they will serve. The Palliative Care program is team-based and sees patients and their families in the outpatient clinic, hospital, home, and skilled nursing facility. The Palliative Care service provides an extra layer of support for patients and families facing serious illness.
