Susquehanna Community Health and Dental Center is actively seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine physician with a passion to provide outstanding care to the patients of our local community.



The Opportunity:



Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday, 8am - 7pm; Fridays 8am - 5pm; Saturdays 8am - 12pm. Evening and weekend coverage and telephone call are shared on a 1:5 basis

Current renovation and expansion project underway doubling space within the Center to improve patient access

EHR - Success

Currently nine providers on staff (Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine and CRNP's)

LCSW and two Social Workers on-site

All billing and coding done in-house

Teaching opportunities available - family medicine residents, medical students, and APP's

The Center is less than one-mile from the Williamsport Regional Medical Center for ease of patient access and referrals, i.e. Labs, MRI, etc.
