LifeScape is an independent, non-profit organization providing lifelong support for children and adults with disabilities and rehabilitation needs. Through our values of compassion, excellence, and integrity, we support over 4,000 people annually from our centers in Sioux Falls and Rapid City. Working at LifeScape may not be the easiest job you’ll ever have, but it could be the most rewarding. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside the best in the field, assisting individuals with a broad range of developmental and behavioral diagnoses, as well as rehabilitation patients. The Children’s Specialty Hospital at LifeScape offers a unique pediatric unit, providing 24-hour specialized care to infants, children, and teens who have complex medical needs. These can be the result of chronic illness, disabilities, hospitalization, or complex surgeries. Their health and well-being are our main priorities. Our high nurse-to-patient ratio and on-site therapy team allow every child to receive the individualized attention needed to heal and recover.
