Salemhaven Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services is an independent 110 bed not for profit long-term and short-term skilled nursing facility conveniently located in a beautiful country setting in Salem, NH. We are Medicaid and Medicare certified and provide general medical and 24-hour nursing care, as well as a number of specialized programs and services for our residents. Since we opened our doors over 40 years ago, Salemhaven’s mission has been to serve the community of Salem and to do the best job possible.
