Company Overview The Longstreet Clinic, P.C., (TLC) is a primary care and multi-specialty private practice, which is owned and managed by our practicing physicians. Located in Gainesville, GA, 45 minutes northeast of downtown Atlanta at the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and surrounded by picturesque Lake Sidney Lanier, Gainesville offers an ideal place to call home! In 2011, TLC was ranked by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as the eighth largest physician group practice in Georgia, and as the third largest independent group practice in the state. TLC has approximately 115 physicians and 50 mid-level providers in 18 specialties and primary care. Company History In 1994, Northeast Georgia OB/GYN, Gainesville OB/GYN and Northeast Georgia Pediatric Group merged to form The Longstreet Clinic, P.C. By January 1, 1995, eight single specialty practices had signed on to become part of The Longstreet Clinic. The groups operated in separate locations for more than five years. In late 2000, TLC began moving into the new Medical Arts building on Jesse Jewell Parkway in Gainesville bringing multiple specialties under one roof. Today, TLC has satellite offices in eight other Northeast Georgia locations including Baldwin, Braselton, Buford, Dahlonega, Oakwood, Flowery Branch, Cumming and Toccoa.
