Diversity Health Center, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center in Hinesville and Ludowici, GA. We accept all major insurances such as Tricare, Medicaid & Medicare. Our target population is individuals and families at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Our charges for this population are based on a sliding fee scale that takes into consideration income and the number of family members in the household. Patients are not turned away regardless of their ability to pay.
