Clarendon Health System is a district hospital of the state of South Carolina, this affords the medical staff many oportunities not available in other facilities. This facility opened in 1951 as an acute care hospital staffed by general practioners and a general surgeon.Today, we still offer exceptional primary care, with more than 20 primary care physicians, but we have also added specialty services delivered by both resident and visiting specialist physicians. In addition, we have broadened our services to include Home Health, Durable Medical Equipment, Long Term Care and a Wellness and Fitness Center.
