Recovery Health Systems is looking for full-time Mental Health Professionals to be a part of our care team. We are a state-licensed, Joint Commission Accredited, clinical program for people struggling with Addiction and/or Mental Illness. You would be a part of a team that is committed to our clients long-term success and sobriety. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering mental health counseling in a compassionate and supportive way, understands clinical administrative processes and its challenges, and understands the relevant legal, regulatory and insurance requirements, including but not limited to HIPAA. A relocation package may be available to the qualified candidate and employee benefits include health, life, dental and vision insurance coverage for full-time employees after 60 days.
Recovery Health Systems is currently looking for QBHP Support Staff, Clinicians, and Physiatrists.
Requirements for Clinicians:
An Active Arkansas Licensure in one of the following fields:
LPC
LPE
LCSW
LMSW
LAC
Weekly individual therapy provision.
Facilitation of process and psychoeducational group counseling sessions on a weekly basis as assigned.
Networking with various client systems including families, court members, probation officers, and social service representatives.
Excellent documentation of services as required by program guidelines and the various auditing bodies.
Participation in weekly treatment team meetings.
Independently completing assignments in a timely manner while also actively engaging with treatment team members in order to best meet program goals.
Compliance with OADOP (Arkansas Department of Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health, Office of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention) documentation requirements.
