Social Worker - Inpatient & PHP Services

SOCIAL WORKER INPATIENT and PARTIAL HOSPITAL SERVICES

The Social Worker provides direct clinical service to assigned inpatients and partial hospital patients, inclusive of individual and family treatment interventions, case management, discharge planning and care consultation. Responsible for psycho-social assessments for each patient. Attends all treatment teams and consults on an as-needed basis with other team members around issues of incumbents expertise, including case management and discharge planning. Provides direct clinical service to assigned in-patient on an adult dual diagnosis unit or on Khan Intensive Treatment Program.

Salary is negotiable

Immediate openings for two (2) full-time positions that float to various inpatient units; we are also per diem social work staff for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications: Candidates must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask. Must be Masters prepared; LCSW or LICSW is preferred.
