OneWorld is a rapidly growing, state-of-the-art primary health care center. We care for the whole patient by providing holistic, patient-centered medical, dental and behavioral health care, as well as a variety of support services.
In 2017, we cared for 41,868 patients in 159,182 visits. OneWorld maintains an open-door policy, providing health care to everyone, regardless of age or income.
OneWorld is ranked in the top 2% amount 1,400+ community health centers nationwide. We are accredited by the Joint Commission, we are certified as a Level III Patient Centered Medical Home by the NCQA (the highest level possible,) and we are a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and NURSE Corps site.
Our providers are eligible for student loan repayment through NHSC and NURSE Corps. Our HPSA scores are:
