About the Organization
LGS Legacy Care was established almost a decade ago. Our founders come from career paths that focus on serving others including healthcare, military and education. Together, they shared the same passion for creating an innovative care model focused on serving some of healthcares most vulnerable patients in post-acute care environments.
Since opening our doors, our philosophy of care and workplace culture have attracted the brightest minds in medicine who deliver safe, quality care to thousands of patients and their families in care communities across the country.
