About Us
As one of the largest private, multi-specialty medical groups in Missouri, Signature Medical Group is a leader in quality and service. The organization was founded in 2001, when physicians joined to form the largest orthopedic physician group in St. Louis. Since then, Signature Medical Group has grown to include some of the areas most highly respected physicians in various medical specialties. These practices joined forces because they share a common interest in both providing leading medical care in a community setting, and working collaboratively in a group practice. This model provides physicians with the advantages and stability of a large group and the support of a collegial and collaborative medical environment.
What do we do?
Signature Medical Group is the largest independent physician-owned multi-specialty group in the St. Louis and Kansas City areas. With more than 150 physicians, 22 specialties/sub-specialties, and over 50 convenient locations (many with extended hours), we offer accessible, affordable and quality health care to every patient. The physicians and staff of Signature Medical Group have made the choice to remain in independent practice, so they can have complete autonomy in the health care decisions they make with each patients well-being as the forefront focus.
