At NATIVE HEALTH we strive to provide the best health care available for urban American Indians, Alaska Natives, and other individuals who generally experience barriers to health and wellness services. We currently provide a wide range of programs, including primary medical, dental, behavioral health, WIC, and community health and wellness programs.

NATIVE HEALTH is located in Greater Phoenix. American's fifth-largest city still has real cowboys, rugged mountains, and the kind of cactus most people see only in cartoons. Projected against this rich backdrop are: resorts and spas that drop jaws and sooth souls; stadiums and arenas worthy of the world's biggest sports spectacles; restaurants with inspired cuisine and inspiring patio views; golf courses that beckon players year round and shopping centers as stylish and eclectic as the fashions they house.
About the Community
NATIVE HEALTH currently has three locations in Phoenix and Mesa.
NATIVE HEALTH Central is located near the southeast corner of Indian School Road and Central Avenue.
NHW Community Health Center, a program of NATIVE HEALTH, is located on 24th Avenue and Dunlap off the I-17 Freeway..
NATIVE HEALTH Mesa is located at the southeast corner of Southern/Extension in Mesa.
