At Piedmont Health Services, we're rooted in our community. We are determined to deliver quality health care to everyone with compassion, devotion and clinical sophistication; because we all deserve the benefits of a healthier life. We have six community health centers and one PACE SeniorCare Center. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of the community by providing high quality, affordable, and comprehensive primary health care.
