We are a collaborative effort by two independent recruiting firms providing support to clinics, hospitals, and medical groups in identifying top level physicians and mid-level providers for their practices.
Pete Steinau, MPH has worked in healthcare in Chicago for the last 40 years; in Physician relations, recruiting, hospital administration, and social work. He founded Peter Steinau & Associates in 2002.
Debbie Aber has worked in physician recruitment for the last 30 years and started Physician Services in 1989. She represents private practices, medical groups and hospitals.
Between the two practices, we represent several dozen healthcare providers in the greater Chicago area, as well as throughout the United States.
