Masonicare is the largest not-for-profit senior focused healthcare provider in the State of Connecticut.
Masonicare has a unique medical model that consists of full-time employed physicians and mid-level practitioners. We have more than 100 years of experience behind us. The Masonicare Health Center is a 413-bed state of the art facility that encompasses multiple levels of care. This includes an acute care hospital, acute medical psychiatric, post acute rehabilitation, and skilled nursing units. The Masonicare Primary Care Physicians practice is the primary care physician practice in the Masonicare continuum of services. This community-based practice is staffed by board-certified physicians and is located in an on-site medical office building adjacent to our Wallingford campus.
Masonicare offers a full continuum of care to our patients, which means we can offer you opportunities in many different practice settings/locations throughout the state: independent and residential living, assisted living, skilled nursing, homecare and hospice, and so much more.
