Provides an annual grant of $45,000 while in residency Pays a monthly stipend of over $2200 while in Residency. Army Reserve program (STRAP) Part-time service obligation following residency training Pays a stipend of over $2200 per month during residency Can be combined with loan repayment. Loan repayment up to $120,000 for Active duty service up to $250,000 for Army Reserve service. Cash Bonus Up to $400,000 bonus for Active duty service Up to $75,000 for Army Reserve service.
