Arbour Heath System is the largest private mental health system in Massachusetts. In addition to the hospitals listed above, Arbour Health System consists of Arbour Counseling Services, with 12 locations throughout eastern Massachusetts, The Boston Center, and Arbour SeniorCare. Arbour Health System provides a continuum of care that includes evaluation, crisis stabilization and treatment for children, adolescents and adults with mental illness, dual diagnosis and/or addiction disorders. All hospitals are accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the Department of Mental Health.

The Quincy Center, a satellite of Arbour Hospital, has an adult psychiatric unit. The hospital also offers electroconvulsive therapy on an inpatient and outpatient basis, partial hospitalization programs, outpatient and community-based services.
Arbour-Fuller Hospital , a 103-bed private psychiatric hospital in South Attleboro, Massachusetts. Inpatient units treat adolescents and adults. The hospital has an adult inpatient intellectual disabilities specialty unit as well as an adult acute residential treatment program.
Arbour-HRI Hospital , a 62-bed private psychiatric hospital in Brookline, MA. Four inpatient units treat adults with general psychiatric disorders, dual diagnosis and womens issues. The hospital also has three separate and distinct partial hospitalization programs located on the hospital grounds including a specialty Womens PHP and The Triangle Program for LGBTQ individuals.
Pembroke Hospital , a 120-bed private psychiatric hospital in Pembroke, Massachusetts. Inpatient services include those for adolescents, adults and older adults as well as partial hospitalization programs for adolescents and adults. Inpatient and outpatient electroconvulsive therapy services are available.
Westwood Lodge,an 89-bed private psychiatric hospital in Westwood, MA. The hospital offers a continuum of services for children, adolescents and adults including inpatient and partial hospitalization programs. Satellite Lowell Treatment Center is a 41-bed facility also serving adolescent and adult populations including inpatient and partial hospitalization programs.
