Stratum Med began as an internal recruitment department for a local hospital and physician group. Even throughout our growth, we have maintained the same in-house recruitment mentality and culture today and are viewed as an extension of our clients in-house recruitment services. Our search consultants work in partnership with the organizations we represent, providing candidates with the best customer service possible in ones search. We respect candidates extensive training and it is important that we listen to their needs and help them locate the right position and practice structure that will best suit their professional and personal goals. With a network of more than 70 well-known physician-owned and hospital system organizations, Stratum is both connected and respected, not only in the Midwest, but across the country. Finally, our experienced, professional recruiting consultants provide a team approach philosophy to each physician and advanced practice provider that we represent.
