About the Organization
North Country HealthCare is an outpatient, primary care, federally qualified health center with a teaching mission and a family medicine residency program. We turn no one away. We started as a single, volunteer-run free clinic in 1991 and now serve 12 communities across the entire northern half of Arizona. These communities range in size from 500 to 70,000. They are located in the pine forest mountains, high plains, true desert, along the Colorado River, and even inside Grand Canyon National Park. All clinics practice integrated care in an innovative culture, have an on-site lab, and are served by a 340b pharmacy. Several clinics also have on-site dentistry. Our model allows us to serve patients holistically. Simply put, at North Country HealthCare, you can practice medicine the way it should be practiced.
North Country clinics have a National Health Service Corps HPSA score of 19 for those seeking loan repayment. Arizona also has a state loan repayment program.

North Country HealthCare has clinics in the following locations, all within Northern Arizona: Bullhead City, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon Village (inside Grand Canyon National Park), Holbrook, Kingman, Lake Havasu, Payson, Seligman, Show Low, Springerville, Williams, and Winslow.
