Malpractice Insurance is covered under the Federal Tort Claims Act. RCFHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Spencer, West Virginia. It is approximately one hour north of Charleston and one hour south from Parkersburg. RCFHC is an eligible National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site.
