A not-for-profit 501(C)(3) corporation, founded in 1976, MedLink is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors selected from the communities where practice sites are located. Each fully staffed center provides services and programs based on particular needs in the community where it is located. All administrative support services are provided through the corporate offices in Colbert. MedLink practices are outpatient and contract with local hospitalist services to provide in-patient care.
