Cancer Support Community Program Manager

Job Description

The Program Manager is primarily responsible for the administration, leadership and oversight of the TCRHCC Cancer Support Community (CSC) program operations. The incumbent will have oversight of providing cancer support services for people of all ages affected by cancer. Program Manager duties require building and maintaining relationships with members, program professionals, and clinical staff, including tribal programs and the Office of Native and Spiritual Medicine. maintains program statistics and reports. The incumbent works closely with the Director of Oncology and others to provide programmatic consultation as it relates to general operations, patient and community needs, outreach and marketing, grant opportunities and, on an as needed basis, participates in fundraising activities. In accordance with TCRHCC standards, policies and procedures, the incumbent must embody the highest professional standards and demonstrate warmth and compassion as he/she works with members, staff, volunteers and others in building and maintaining a sense of community.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Minimum one-year post-graduate, preferred. Some supervisory/management experience preferred. Knowledgeable about individual and family coping styles, resources, clinical interventions.
