Allscripts Training Specialist

Job Description

The Allscripts Training Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of Allscripts training programs and delivery solutions meeting both Federal and state requirements. The training specialist provides subject matter expertise in specialized populations and person-centered care planning. He/she will develop training content, deliver training, and proactively identifies and diagnoses business opportunities for improvements, makes recommendations for adjustments to training programs and content. The Allscripts trainer will deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning events using varied media in virtual and in-person environments. The training specialist will employ rapid course development methodologies to quickly meet evolving market needs and will exercise classroom management evaluating learner performance. The candidate will collaborate with customer to understand their business requirements and will escalate issues to leadership when necessary. The incumbent must have the ability to measure, track, and evaluate learner and market satisfaction. The specialist should think and act globally and be aware of learning style and cultural differences that drive trainer and learner effectiveness.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
License: A valid, current, full, and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States and maintained throughout current employment.
Minimum of three years of training experience in software delivery implementations and working with customers.
