Position Overview
Work a flexible 13 shifts per month in year one, 12 shifts per month year two and beyond
Fast-paced Walk-In Clinic with higher acuity patients
Outpatient only with no call
Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
Multi-specialty clinic with supportive team and specialists readily available for support
Two providers, 2 clinical nurses & 1 MA per shift
70-80 patients per shift wintertime / ~60 patients per shift summertime with 2 providers
EPIC Electronic Medical Record
Clinic hours: 8:30 a.m. 6:30 p.m. Weekdays, 8:30 a.m. 3:30 p.m. Weekends

What We Are Seeking in a Candidate
Board certified or board eligible physician with an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification (Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification preferred)
Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
Willing to relocate and live in Moses Lake, Washington

Wage and Benefit Summary
Wages are based on MGMA/AMGA median. For this position, wages will be between $263,759.13 and $285,145.00. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
