NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Bushwick, located on 815 Broadway in Brooklyn . The goal of this Center is to provide outpatient services to patients at high risk of contracting Covid-19, as well as short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from the disease. Preliminary evidence links Covid-19 to potential heart damage, lung injuries, blood clots, and mental health conditions. Gotham Health expects this Center will address these issues when open in December.

- Evaluation, treatment and provision of direct care to patients in the clinic setting
- Supervise and teach residents and medical students
- Provide clinical guidance to other members of the healthcare team as needed
- Participate in performance improvement and quality management projects as assigned
