PRACTICE SPECIFICS
Our ideal candidate would be a flexible leader that is willing to assist in the ongoing development of this exciting program
We are the regions only comprehensive, accredited, program for medical and surgical weight loss (ASMBS)
Clinic hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
This is a team-based model that works to optimize patient health and manage BMI
Our goal is to help patients achieve sustained weight loss
This position may require use of tele-medicine to deliver care
Team of 6 providers including a bariatric surgeon, medical weight management physicians and nurse practitioners partnering to deliver team-based care
EPIC electronic medical record
Certified as HIMSS EMRAM (Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model) Level 7 for both our Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities
Possible outreach

REQUIREMENTS
Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Endocrinology
Willing to successfully complete a 5 Day Weight Management Course & Exam

LOCATION
Duluth, MN & Superior WI Harbor cities, 10 minutes apart, at the westernmost tip of Lake Superior
150 miles north of the north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
Metro population: 125,000
Regional service area: 460,000. Comprised of 20 clinics and 7 Hospitals
