Job Description

Aurora BayCare Medical Center is seeking a fifth board certified/board eligible Neonatologist to join a successful group and busy NICU. The ideal candidate shares a strong team approach and believes in family-centered care. This opportunity offers the full scope of neonatal medicine, with an onsite delivery service and an active transport program in an 18 bed (4 additional stepdown beds), Level III NICU (includes use HFOV and Nitric Oxide).

Qualifications:
* Completion of Neonatology fellowship program
* BE/BC Neonatologist

Program Highlights:
* Call is 1:5 with Neonatal nurse practitioner coverage 24/7
* Readily available subspecialty support and affiliation with University of Wisconsin Childrens Health (on site outreach clinics)
* Ancillary services include pediatric dietician, speech therapist/feeding specialist, dedicated respiratory therapist, occupational therapist and social worker
* Tertiary OB/medical center offering comprehensive perinatal services with a full-time maternal fetal medicine physician and an on-site Reproductive Endocrinology team
* Average daily census is 14 patients
* No Newborn Nursery rounding or care (consultation only)
