Key Responsibilities

First Assist the regions top Surgeons in our state of the art Operating Room
Support the Emergency Department with orthopedic consultations
Provide quality, holistic & cost-effective advance practice care for orthopedic patients.
Provide inpatient transitional support when needed
Procedures to include: splinting, reducing fractures/dislocations, aspirations/injections

Advanced Practitioners Enjoy

Newly graduated and experienced Practitioners are trained with on the job, classroom, procedural training, and extensive support of Continuing Medical Education (CME) through active programming, reimbursement, and sponsored professional society memberships. Licensure and certification reimbursement

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program required.
Current Connecticut Physician A license required.
Board certified or eligible is required
Orthopedic and Critical Care/ICU experience preferred
