This position exists to provide direct medical care within the outpatient clinic
The position works collaboratively with patients to meet improve their health and well-being
Delivering evidenced based care that supports the Triple Aim of improved health outcomes, an exceptional patient experience and efficient use of resources is required
Chart in electronic format in accordance with licensure and scope
This position will practice in outpatient with call rotation for phone triage
Functions appropriately as part of care delivery team through efficient use of resources and skills, both their own and those other providers and staff
Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management
Quality improvement utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes or workflows
This position requires a Medical Doctorate degree (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine
Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board certification in Integrative Medicine preferred within two years of employment
Minimum two years experience practicing medicine in clinical urgent care setting or in an emergency department setting
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly organized, self-directed and motivated
Creative and innovative problem solver
Valid MN MD License
Board Certification in family medicine or internal medicine
