Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Associate Section Chief, Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician for the Institute for Child Development (ICD) at the Joseph M. Sanzari Childrens Hospital. Located at Hackensack University Medical Center, the JMS Childrens Hospital is a place where patients receive state-of-the-art medical care in a warm and supportive environment. Here, leaders in the field of pediatric medicine use their outstanding diagnostic skills, advanced technologies, and breakthrough treatments to change lives. The ICD has gained a national and international reputation for providing superior diagnostic and treatment services to children with special needs.

The Associate Section Chief will work collaboratively with the ICD Director/Section Chief to manage staff physicians providing diagnostic and treatment services for our pediatric population. The supervision of clinical rotations of medical students and residents along with facilitation of educational opportunities for other clinical personnel within ICD will be expected. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified, have at least 5 years experience preferably in a leadership role and possess the ability to develop and implement short and long range plans for developmental and behavioral pediatrics and the Institute for Child Development.
