Job Description

Practice Specifics:
Full-spectrum, referral based practice including otology, facial plastic, and head & neck surgery.
Currently 3 full-time Otolaryngology physicians in the department.
1:4 weekday call (will be 1:5 when someone is hired); 1:6 weekend call. Share call with another community (Call is shared with another group in the community).
Practice supported by 2 Physician Assistants who do consults, patient visits, follow-up, and surgical assistance
Integrated Audiology department of 5 Audiologists offering a broad range of services.
Outreach 1 day per week
Admit to two hospitals located on campus and connected by enclosed skywalk system
Essentia Health Duluth Medical Center - 175-bed specialized care facility
St. Marys Medical Center - 330-bed tertiary hospital
Childrens hospital designation at St. Marys Medical Center
Opportunity for teaching Medical Students and Family Practice Residents
Clinical research opportunities

Requirements:
BC/BE in Otolaryngology

Location:
150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area
Regional service area: 460,000; Metro population: 125,000
