The Hospital of Central Connecticut is an acute-care community teaching hospital. We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner (APRN) to join our psychiatry team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Admit and round inpatients under the supervision of a physician.
Evaluate the status of any assigned inpatients or outpatients by complete history and physical exam.
Order and interpret appropriate lab tests, imaging studies, radiographic and other cardiac imaging studies.
Attend continuing medical conferences and patient review sessions.

Qualifications

- Valid CT APRN and CT Controlled Substance Licenses.
- NP certified in Adult Acute Care.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an APRN.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
