PeaceHealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a part time Family Medicine/Integrated Medical Home position in the Eugene/Springfield, Oregon community.

PeaceHealths commitment to behavioral health is reflected in a recently completed state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric unit. Services now extend to new programs including intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization, and expanded wrap-around services to young adults.

* The FNP will provide primary care (often including managing behavioral health medications) for patients with complex medical, behavioral health and substance use disorders

* Individual visits are generally longer than in traditional family practice and there are lower productivity expectations built into the model

* They will be working as part of a team that includes behavioral health providers, MA, nurse (and yoga instructors now too)

* The team reviews patients progress through treatment weekly, with in-depth case reviews of complex cases monthly
