The Holy Cross Medical Group (HCMG) has an excellent full time employment opportunity for a Fellowship trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiology physician to join the team located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The Cardiology physician will join a group of eight physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers in practice. The selected candidate will participate in co- management of patients in both the Inpatient and Outpatient environment while maintaining the Inpatient Cardiovascular service line. They are also required to participate in the Inpatient teaching service, providing medical education to students and Residents. Opportunities for clinical research and community outreach are available.

The ideal candidate will hold Board Certification in Internal Medicine and General Cardiology and be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology. Preference will be shown to candidates who hold training and certification in Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology and/or Vascular Imaging.

Call Coverage for this opportunity is one weeknight each week as well as 1:4 weekends for the first three years of employment. After this time the provider will be responsibility for a weekend call schedule of 1:5.

This opportunity is open to candidates who anticipate or who have recently completed training, as well as experienced professionals. Candidates who are interested in practicing Interventional Cardiology and General Cardiology as well as teach and take part in research are encouraged to apply.
