The OhioHealth Group is hiring a Medical Director of Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) Advancement. This hired physician will serve as a medical leader, clinical educator of evidence-based medicine, developer of clinical operations, and clinical quality control contributor for the OhioHealth Group CIN. The OhioHealth Group CIN is a collection of providers, hospitals, facilities, and payers working together to transform healthcare in Central Ohio. With nearly 3,200 physicians across thirty Ohio counties, the CIN impact more than 180,000 patients.

Specific role responsibilities include the development and advancement of the OhioHealth Group CIN clinical transformation agenda, interoperability strategy to connect disperse EHRs, quality of patient care alignment with payer contracts, network compliance, and physician recruitment.

The qualified physician will be board certified in ABMS or AOA medical specialty, and licensed to practice medicine in Ohio without restrictions. Additional qualifications include:

Five years of leadership experience in a comparable panel management and/or population health role
Five years of experience working with healthcare systems with a sizeable affiliated physician base or an independent physician association
Conceptual understanding of a clinically integrated network, as per Federal Trade Commission guidelines
Strong experience developing/implementing operating plans and analyzing both financial and quality data

Desired candidates will have a Masters degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or Business Administration.
