UPMC Susquehanna Susquehanna Health Medical Group is seeking a full time BC/BE Endocrinologist to provide outstanding care to the patients in our local community and the 11-counties that we serve. The appropriate candidate will be willing to serve as collaborator to our CRNPs and share in a 1:4 call schedule.

Provider/Staff Compliment:
One physician who also serves as Medical Director
Two CRNPs
Nurse assigned to each physician
Manager - who oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, five office assistants, and one biller

Practice/Procedures/Equipment Details:
8am 5pm; however, there is opportunity to flex your schedule
Works closely with the Diabetes Rehab Center includes one dietitian and two RNs
Closed-Loop Pump (we are one of only 13-sites in the country that offering this procedure)
New Ultra Sound Logic S7R3
Medtonics on site every Tuesday
In process of implementing weight management program (Optifast).
Nurses are in process of becoming pump certified

Provides general Endo, Diabetes, Thyroid, Osteo with on-campus infusion, Thyroid Cancer (refers I131 and I123 to Nuclear Medicine Department), Thyrogen and other injections performed on-site, fine needle biopsies (open to train if needed)
