We have an exceptional opportunity for a new or experienced pain management physician to join and assist in the growth of our comprehensive pain program at our facility in Wautoma!

Education, training and experience required:
* Completion of an accredited residency program
* A fellowship in pain medicine required
* Patient focused with excellent communication skills
* Collaborative team player
* BE/BC

Program Overview:
* Comprehensive pain program
* Opportunity to do procedures
* Established pain team in Oshkosh consisting of the Director and Nurse Practitioner
* Innovative cutting edge practice
* Diverse patient population includes oncology and those with chronic conditions
* Referrals coming in from our multi-specialty clinics in Wautoma, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac and surrounding areas
