Centras HealthWorks is a full-service occupational medicine practice in Lynchburg, Virginia that collaborates with employers to offer care for injured workers. We are seeking an additional physician to join our existing team of Occupational Medicine providers.

HealthWorks is led by the only certified Medical Review Officers in the region. We offer physical exams, screenings, x-rays, testing services, acute injury treatment, and employee physical rehabilitation services.

Position overview

Full time position (but will consider combining with other practice area)
Providing direct patient care services, including:
Evaluation and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal and neuromuscular injuries
Trigger point and joint injections
Independent medical evaluations and impairment ratings
Medical supervision of work rehabilitation programs
On-going development and promotion of HealthWorks services and programs including, but not limited to, those related to non-operative orthopedics, physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Candidate requirements

Board Certified/Eligible
Sports Medicine, musculoskeletal/orthopedic, and/or Occupational Medicine interest preferred
