Job Description

Catholic Health Services of Long Island (CHSLI) is currently seeking Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join hospital-employed primary care practices on Long Island, NY. These are exceptional opportunities to be part of a collegial, patient-focused Healthcare Organization with a rich history of providing great care to the communities. The ideal candidates will be well trained in the field of Family Medicine.

Requirements Include:

-BC/BE Family Medicine
-NYS Licensed MD/DO
-Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization to promote a culture of patient safety and participate in performance improvement
