We are currently searching for a physician leader to develop a new Internal Medicine Residency Program to complement our existing graduate medical education programs. This highly visible role is your opportunity to join a mission-driven, values-focused non-profit health system.

Job Description:
The Internal Medicine Residency Program Director (in conjunction with the IM staff) will lead the development of the internal medicine residency program, including curriculum, faculty development, and ACGME communication. Your leadership skills will shape the educational environment dedicated to the highest standards of performance through collaboration, innovation and commitment to quality.

The Program Director is responsible for the operations of the program, including all activities related to recruitment, selection, instruction, supervision, advising, evaluation, documentation, and advancement of residents. The Program Director ensures continuing accreditation of the program through application of ACGME common and specialty requirements.

- Five years of participation as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency program
- Three years of graduate medical education administrative experience
- Current certification in the specialty by the American Board of Internal Medicine
-WA State medical license (at the time of employment)
- Appropriate Medical Staff appointment
