Experienced Trauma Surgeon

Parkview Health, an 8 hospital non-profit health system in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio, is seeking an experienced Board Certified Trauma Surgeon to join the team. Come join our team of 7 trauma surgeons and 9 Advance Practice Providers at our Level II trauma center in Fort Wayne, IN.

About this opportunity:

Parkview Regional Medical Center is a Level II Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center. Follows a shift model (7 days on/7 days off) : Tuesday- Tuesday, 12 hour shifts from 7a-7p and 7p-7a. Physicians have the ability to do elective cases on off weeks if desired. This position entails trauma, emergency general surgery AND surgical critical care.

During the day shift, one physician covers the ER and one covers STICU. One physician works nights.

Competitive shift based compensation plus annual incentive compensation bonus up to 10%. Additional call pay. 156 annual 12 hour shifts.
