Job Description

Adult Primary Care physicians are needed to meet community need and to keep up with patient volumes within Visalia Medical Clinic and Kaweah Exeter Medical Group.

Large multi-specialty group with over 50 providers.
15 Primary Care providers - 6 Family Medicine; 9 Internal Medicine
Shareholder opportunity available after one year.
Teaching opportunities with Kaweah Delta Residency programs.
Service area covers 2 counties - 600K+ population.
Group payer mix: 75% PPO, 20% Medicare, 5% Cash
Full-time, employment opportunity with full benefits (health, dental, vision, life, retirement, etc.)
Affiliated with Kaweah Delta Medical Foundation.
Board certified or board eligible in their specialty. If candidate is board eligible, they will be expected to
sit for their boards upon completion of training.

Group covers the Kaweah Delta rural health clinics located in Exeter, Dinuba, Woodlake and Lindsay.
Annual income guarantee to start, with an option to end early.
Patient ranges from 18 years to geriatrics with the possibility of pediatric. Pediatrician onsite.
Average office patient visits are estimated 2.5-4 patients per hour/15+ patient per day with additional
productivity incentives available.
ER call is rotated among the group.
Teaching opportunities with Kaweah Delta Residency programs.
EMR is Cerner, implemented 5/1/18 organization wide (inpatient & outpatient).
Spanish speaking preferred, but not required. 15% of patient population is Spanish only; 50% speak
Spanish/English. Staff certified to provide translation as well.
BC or BE within specialty required.
