Responsibilities include nursing home rounds and assisting with patient and staff education. Perform rounds on Skilled Nursing Facility practice patients for the Mendota/Streator/Ottawa area.
Participation in call via phone and faxed communication in rotation with APPs within the practice. Home Care Triage staff triage communication before sending onto APP. Physician back-up is always available to APP on call.
Experienced and board certified physician assistant is desired.
