Norton Rheumatology Specialists, a Norton Medical Group practice, is currently recruiting rheumatologists to join its growing metropolitan practice. Two rheumatologists currently staff the highly successful practice and are scheduling patients 10 months out, with the wait time expected to increase in the near future. The practice primarily provides services on the Norton Healthcare â€“ St. Matthews campus in the east end of Louisville. The campus houses an infusion center that can accommodate up to nine patients. Plans are in place to potentially expand services to the Norton Brownsboro Hospital campus in northeastern Louisville. A strong network of referrals is in place through Norton Medical Group, which employs more than 740 medical providers.
About the positions:
Practice serves adults only in an outpatient setting
Physicians have the ability to work full time or part time
Current call coverage is 1:2; projected to be 1:4
Competitive compensation models with potential bonus opportunities
Electronic medical records system (Epic) integrated in 100 percent of Norton Healthcare practices and hospitals
Requirements for this position
