Excellent Endocrinology Opportunity in North Central Ohio

Fisher-Titus Medical Center is recruiting a board eligible/certified endocrinologist. The community need has reached a point where it makes sense for the hospital to support developing a new endocrine service.

There are several things that make our opportunity unique. First, we not only offer a solid compensation and benefits package but can also offer you the opportunity to never have to worry about student loans through an aggressive incentive plan that can be cutomized to the individual. Also, not only is Norwalk a charming, prideful area, but the largely hard-working, blue collar patient base understands and appreciates their access to high quality care. This makes for an excellent patient care experience and also increases the degree to which the patient is compliant with the care you offer. Our system is anchored by a fairly small (99 bed) community based, non-profit hospital that is financially strong enough to have invested over 225 million dollars in capital imrovements over the past decade without borrowing money to do so. We believe that medical decisions for our commnunity need to be made and remain local. What does all of this mean? Well, we hope this means that we can offer a stable environment in the midst of a chaotic period in medicine full of mergers and acquisitions for many, many years to come.

And lastly, we believe that given the turmoil in medicine and the shift in how medicine is being delivered, the quality of work life balance that can be acheived in a semi-rural area will make our type of environment the most rewarding.
